Privacy Policy

Effective July 16, 2026

This policy covers the velocio.ai website and Velocio's internal research tools. Velocio is operated by its founder; questions about anything here go to info@velocio.ai.

What we collect on this website

The only information this site collects is what you submit through the application form: your company name, email address, and your answers to the application questions. We use it to evaluate your application and respond to you. It is stored in our customer-relationship system (GoHighLevel) and is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own purposes.

This site does not use advertising trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log requests per Google's Privacy Policy.

Velocio Outlier Scanner (YouTube API client)

Velocio operates a private, internal research tool — the Velocio Outlier Scanner — that uses YouTube API Services to read publicly available YouTube video and channel statistics (video titles, view counts, publish dates, channel names) for a small list of channels, in order to identify overperforming content for our own content planning.

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By way of that usage, Google's Privacy Policy applies to data handled by Google, and users may review the YouTube Terms of Service.

Data retention and deletion

Application data is retained while relevant to an active or prospective engagement. To have your information corrected or deleted, email info@velocio.ai and we will act on it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
